The EMS & ODM Global 100 – A New Perspective on the Global Electronics Manufacturing Market
USD 813.3 Billion in Revenue. 100 Companies. 23.5% Growth.
The findings of the first-ever EMS & ODM Global 100 Report, published jointly by in4ma market research and EMSNOW, paint a surprising picture of the global electronics manufacturing industry – and fundamentally challenge previous estimates of its market size.
While the global EMS and ODM market for 2025 has frequently been estimated at USD 570–635 billion, the industry's 100 largest companies alone generated combined revenue of USD 813.3 billion. This difference of approximately USD 200 billion highlights the importance of comprehensive, data-driven market analysis.
The new 173-page report provides, for the first time, an in-depth global analysis of the leading EMS and ODM companies. In addition to revenue trends and company profiles, the study examines regional market structures, manufacturing locations, employment figures, profitability, and the development of key market segments. The analysis is complemented by forecasts through 2029.
One particularly striking finding: The AI boom is dividing the market. Eight companies benefiting especially strongly from the expansion of AI data centers achieved revenue growth of 36.9% in 2025. The remaining 92 companies, by contrast, grew by just 8.7%. These eight companies now account for 58.3% of the Global 100's total revenue.
Which companies are benefiting the most? How are regional market dynamics shifting? What impact are hyperscalers, geopolitical developments, and supply chain bottlenecks having on electronics manufacturing?
The EMS & ODM Global 100 Report provides data, background information, and analysis to answer these questions – establishing a new foundation for assessing the global EMS and ODM market.

in4ma Top 100 Europe –
Europe's Largest EMS Companies
With the in4ma Top 100 Europe, in4ma presents its first comprehensive ranking of Europe's 100 largest Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies. The ranking is based on in4ma's extensively expanded European EMS database. The underlying data comes directly from national company registers or was provided by the companies themselves.
The ranking is led by Zollner Elektronik, followed by Kontron and GPV. Beyond these leading companies, the list highlights Europe's diverse EMS landscape, including numerous mid-sized companies that do not appear in the global ranking but hold significant positions within the European market.
The ranking is based exclusively on revenue generated by EMS manufacturing operations at European production sites. Revenue from facilities outside Europe is excluded. This approach reflects actual EMS production in Europe rather than the overall size of the respective corporate groups, enabling a meaningful comparison between companies.
